Breakfast was very good, live music, nice choice of food.

The room was old and dirty, no water at night and only cold during the day. The hotel is VERY far from the old city, so walking there was very tiring, we had to take taxi.

Bad option. The price does not match the quality.
Spacious room.
Cold water on a schedule, no more than 6 hours a day. The rest of the time, there was no water at all. Complete absence of hot water. Old disgusting plumbing. Poor water pressure. Noisy old air conditioner.

Hotel is nice but had no running water or hot water. Had to go to another hotel to be able to shower
I liked the staff and comfort of room.
There was only water from 6:00 am to 10:00 am only and there was no hot water to shower. After 10:00 am they turned the water off and you could not shower or flush the toilet not even brush your teeth or wash your hands. The restaurant menu was terrible, they never had the things in the menu.

The Hotel Sercotel Paseo, Habana, was really good value for the money and I'd stay there again.
The Hotel Sercotel Paseo, Habana, was really good value for the money. I've read some reviews that disagree with this but it doesn't pretend to be a 5* hotel. All the main things like cleanliness, friendly staff and a good breakfast were excellent. The staff went over and above what we required giving us friendly advice as to where to visit and how to get there, including how much the taxi fares should be. They told us of venues we hadn't heard of that we visited and were excellent. Yes, the water was on for 4 hours a day but we only had to visit the reception and the water was instantly put on again for our room if we wanted/needed it at any other time. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Sercotel Paseo Habana again.
It is a pity that the restaurant doesn't come up to the same standard for dinner as the lovely breakfast. This is the only reason I down marked the 'stars'.
